The Globe Trotter 32 was conceived as a boat of expeditions. The idea is to be able to realize a real deep-sea boat, capable of facing difficult conditions with an important safety margin. The Globe Trotter 32 offer until 1000lt of water (in fixed tanks) and a diesel tank until 700lt according to the envisaged program of navigation. The place and the confort are rigourous on board. The height under barrots is of 1.90m in all the boat. The weel house is the room to live, galley in L, with refrigerator, oven, etc...The square with its table and its banquettes among wich one will serve as bannette for night watching. The weel with its chart table, its electronic corner and the electrical panel. The aft cabin offers a bed of 140x200cm, a closet and additional arrangements in the head and at the bed end. Under the weel house, is the machinery room or beside the engine and tanks can take place the heating pulsed air, the generator, etc... The forward arrangements consists of a shower/Toilet, and of a cabin with two single beds, we can also envisage separate toilet, bunk beds, 1 cabin doubles, etc... The construction will be or in Plywood, Steel or Aluminium.

Globe Trotter 40The Globe Trotter 32 and the Globe Trotter are proposed in twin keels with shallow draft. This choice seems to me sensible specially for a motor sailor. He allow a grounding safely, a shallow draft and a good stability in roll. On the version plywood, keels will be in cast iron screwed, on the metllic version they will be integral part of the hull. For those who do not lke this solution, a single keel version is also available.
